1. Eligibility Criteria

To participate in The Royal Diva (Miss Category), you must meet the following requirements:

1.1 Age: 16 to 30 years
1.2 Marital Status: Unmarried
1.3 Nationality: Indian Citizen
1.4 Height Requirement: 5’3” (160 cm) minimum
1.5 Participants must be:

• Physically and mentally fit

• Not bound by any prior modeling contracts restricting participation

• Not involved in any criminal case or legal dispute

1.6 Participants aged 16–17 must provide parental/guardian consent.

2. Registration & Fee

2.1 The registration fee paid on the website is for processing, verification, and audition review only.
2.2 Registration fee is non-refundable, except under special conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy.
2.3 Submission of form and fee does not guarantee selection, but ensures participation in the audition process.
2.4 Incomplete forms or false information may result in instant disqualification.

3. Video Submission

3.1 Participants must submit:

• Introduction video

• Ramp walk video

3.2 Video submission is for review only, not a final selection round.
3.3 Videos must be original and recorded by the participant.
3.4 Participants must not include copyrighted music, content, or any inappropriate visuals.
3.5 Submitted videos are confidential and will not be published without written permission.

4. Selection Process

4.1 The selection process includes:

• Online registration

• Video review

• City auditions

• State finale

4.2 The selection committee’s decision is final and binding.
4.3 The Royal Diva reserves the right to:

• Reject applications

• Change audition dates

• Modify selection criteria

• Replace judges or panel members

4.4 Misconduct, false identity, or violation of rules may lead to disqualification at any stage.

5. Event Participation

5.1 Participants must attend all training sessions, rehearsals, grooming activities, and events if shortlisted.
5.2 The organizer is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or personal expenses unless explicitly mentioned.
5.3 Participants must follow all instructions given by the official team.
5.4 Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or disrespect toward staff, judges, or fellow contestants will lead to termination.

6. Usage of Photos, Videos & Content

6.1 By participating in the event, finalists may be required to share:

• Photos

• Portfolio

• Additional videos

6.2 If selected for the main event, participants grant limited rights to The Royal Diva to:

• Use their photos or videos for promotional material

• Feature them on the website, social media, media campaigns, and print materials

6.3 The Royal Diva will not use personal content submitted during registration without written consent.

7. Grooming, Training & Sponsorship

7.1 Participants must cooperate with grooming experts, stylists, and coaches appointed by The Royal Diva.
7.2 The organizer may partner with sponsors and brands.
7.3 Participants may need to wear sponsored outfits or accessories for promotion.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Maintain discipline

• Stay respectful

• Follow event timelines

• Avoid substance abuse

• Not consume alcohol or drugs during event days

• Not promote any competing pageant during the contest

Violation will result in instant disqualification.

9. Prizes & Titles

9.1 Titles, crowns, and awards are given based on judging criteria.
9.2 Titles cannot be transferred.
9.3 If a winner is found violating rules even after winning, the title may be withdrawn.
9.4 The Royal Diva reserves the right to alter the prize structure.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All logos, branding, content, and event materials belong to The Royal Diva.
10.2 Participants cannot use the brand name without permission.

11. Safety, Health & Liability

11.1 Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
11.2 The organizer is not liable for:

• Injuries

• Loss of property

• Travel issues

• Personal damages

11.3 Participants must disclose any medical condition beforehand.

12. Changes & Updates

12.1 The Royal Diva reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
