Thank you for registering for The Royal Diva. We appreciate your interest and commitment.
This Refund Policy explains how registration fees, audition fees, and other payments are handled.
By submitting the registration form and making a payment, you agree to the terms listed below.
1. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
1.1 The registration fee paid through our website is strictly non-refundable under all normal circumstances.
1.2 This fee covers:

Application processing
-
Profile verification
-
Video review
-
Data management
-
Communication & support
-
Allocation of audition center
1.3 Since these services are delivered immediately upon registration, the fee cannot be reversed.
2. No Refund for Withdrawal
2.1 If a participant:

Withdraws voluntarily
-
Fails to attend auditions
-
Submits incomplete details
-
Submits late or invalid videos
No refund will be provided.
3. Disqualification Policy
If a participant is disqualified due to:

False information
-
Misconduct
-
Breaking rules
-
Ineligibility
-
Providing wrong age/height details
-
Violating Terms & Conditions
→ No refund will be issued.
4. Duplicate Payment Refunds
Refund is allowed only if:

The participant mistakenly makes two or more payments for the same registration.

The participant provides valid proof (transaction ID, screenshot, etc.).
In such cases, The Royal Diva will refund the extra amount within 7–14 working days.
5. Technical Payment Failures
If your payment is deducted but the registration form does not update due to:

Server timeout
-
Network errors
-
Payment gateway issues
You must email us within 48 hours with:

Transaction ID
-
Payment screenshot
-
Registered mobile number
If verified, we will either:
-
Activate your registration manually, or
-
Refund the amount if the transaction was unsuccessful on our end.
6. Event Rescheduling
In case The Royal Diva postpones or reschedules auditions due to unavoidable conditions:

Registrations remain valid for the new dates.

Refund is not provided, as the event is only shifted, not cancelled.
7. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If The Royal Diva cancels the entire event due to extreme circumstances, participants may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the stage of the event.
This situation is extremely rare.
8. Mode of Refund (If Applicable)
All approved refunds will be processed through:

The original payment method

Or via bank transfer in special cases
Refunds will be credited within 7–14 working days after approval.
