All participants registering for The Royal Diva must strictly follow the rules and regulations listed below. These guidelines ensure fairness, discipline, transparency, and a professional environment throughout the competition.
By submitting the registration form or participating in the audition process, you agree to all the rules mentioned.

1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1 Age limit: 16 to 30 years
1.2 Marital status: Unmarried
1.3 Nationality: Indian Citizen only
1.4 Minimum height: 5’3” (160 cm)
1.5 Participants must be:

• Physically and mentally fit

• Not pregnant

• Free from any criminal investigation

• Not bound by contract restricting participation

1.6 Participants below 18 years must submit parental/guardian consent when required.

2. Registration Rules

2.1 Registration form must be filled accurately with true information.
2.2 Registration fee is non-refundable under normal circumstances.
2.3 False details may lead to immediate disqualification.
2.4 Participants must upload proper videos (intro + ramp walk) according to guidelines.
2.5 Only one registration per participant is allowed.

3. Video Submission Guidelines

3.1 Intro video must include:

• Your name

• Age

• City

• Height

• A brief self-introduction

3.2 Ramp walk video must clearly display posture, confidence, and walk.
3.3 Videos should be:

• Clear and well-lit

• Without filters

• Without background noise/music (preferred)
  3.4 Submission of copyrighted music may lead to rejection.
  3.5 Videos must be recorded by the participant with no digital manipulation.

4. Audition Rules

4.1 Participants must appear at the assigned audition city on time.
4.2 Dress code must be followed as instructed by the team.
4.3 Participants must carry valid ID proof.
4.4 Misconduct or disrespect towards staff/jury results in disqualification.
4.5 Photography/videography at auditions may be restricted.
4.6 The organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, or personal expenses.

5. Grooming & Training Round (Shortlisted Participants)

5.1 Selected candidates must attend all grooming sessions, workshops, and rehearsals.
5.2 Absence without valid reason may lead to removal from the competition.
5.3 Participants must follow wardrobe and styling guidelines provided by the organizers.
5.4 Hair, makeup, and styling may be assigned by official partners.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants must maintain:

• Discipline

• Respect

• Punctuality

• Decent behaviour

• Professional attitude

Prohibited actions include:

• Harassment

• Bullying

• Misconduct

• Use of abusive language

• Substance abuse (alcohol, drugs, etc.)

• Defamation of contestants, staff, or brand

Violation leads to immediate disqualification.

7. Title, Crowns & Awards

7.1 All winners must follow post-event responsibilities.
7.2 Winners must represent The Royal Diva positively on all platforms.
7.3 Titles cannot be transferred or sold.
7.4 If a winner violates rules even after the crowning, the title may be withdrawn.
7.5 The organizer reserves full rights over final placements.

8. Use of Personal Content

8.1 Participants must grant limited usage rights of their images/videos for event promotion (only after being shortlisted).
8.2 Registration videos will not be publicly shared without written consent.
8.3 Promotional shoots, if conducted, become property of The Royal Diva.

9. Jury Decisions

9.1 The decision of the judges and organizing committee is final, binding, and cannot be challenged.
9.2 Participants or parents/guardians are not allowed to influence jury decisions.
9.3 Any attempt to manipulate or approach the jury may lead to disqualification.

10. Health & Safety

10.1 Participants must disclose any medical conditions beforehand.
10.2 Organizers are not responsible for injuries or health issues during participation.
10.3 Participants are responsible for personal belongings.

11. Disqualification Criteria

A participant may be disqualified for:

• False documents

• Unprofessional behaviour

• Violation of rules

• Misrepresentation

• Indecent content

• Attempting to influence judges

• Missing mandatory rounds

• Substance abuse

• Disrespecting the brand

12. Event Rights & Modifications

12.1 The Royal Diva reserves the right to:

• Postpone or reschedule events

• Change venues

• Modify rules

• Update selection criteria

• Replace jury members

12.2 These changes do not qualify for refunds unless stated in the Refund Policy.

By participating, you confirm that you:

Understand that violating rules may result in disqualification
